The entity
Who actually runs the service
Lolobuy is a shopping-agent platform operated by Hong Kong Beyond Technology Limited, registered at 900-904 Canton Road, Mong Kok, Hong Kong. Its terms of service name Hong Kong law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts for disputes — a detail worth knowing if you ever need to escalate a claim beyond the help desk.
The service covers two different jobs that get bundled under one account. The first is a shopping agent: you send a product link or search term for something listed on Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or similar marketplaces, and Lolobuy buys it, inspects it, and holds it for you. The second is a parcel forwarder: if you already own something in China and just need it shipped onward, Lolobuy's warehouse will take it in and consolidate it with anything else you have stored.
Public notices put the platform's first-week launch promotion at 22 May 2026, and its help centre describes itself plainly as “a Chinese startup cross-border e-commerce enterprise” — language that matches a company still in its first year rather than one claiming a long track record.
Operations
Where orders physically go
Lolobuy's Chengdu warehouse, in the Shuangliu district, is where every purchased item is received, photographed and shelved. The company publishes the address through a public API endpoint that needs no login, which is how this site confirmed it independently rather than taking the help centre's description on trust.
Switch the interface and you will find eight language options waiting, Chinese alongside seven European languages, and the browser experience is mirrored in native Android and iOS apps Lolobuy shipped starting mid-2026. Because both services share one login, it is easy to blur which rules apply to which order. An agent-purchased item follows the inspection, QC-photo and storage path described on QC and Shipping & Storage; a forwarded parcel you already owned skips the purchase and inspection steps and goes straight into the warehouse's intake queue, with its own documented process in the help centre's forwarding-service article.
Reading “shopping agent” literally
Lolobuy does not manufacture or hold inventory of its own — every item it ships is purchased from an independent third-party seller on a marketplace Lolobuy does not operate. That matters for two practical reasons: stock, pricing and seller responsiveness are outside Lolobuy's control, and the anti-counterfeiting policy applies to what sellers list, not to anything Lolobuy manufactures itself.
