Who runs this site, what it is independent of, and how to reach the editors.
Lolobuy Spreadsheet Lexicon is an independently run reference site. It is not Lolobuy, not Hong Kong Beyond Technology Limited, and has no corporate affiliation with either. Nothing on this site processes a payment, holds stock, or ships a parcel — every order, QC photo, storage day and shipment happens on lolobuy.com, and this site exists to make that process easier to look up while you use it.
Where this site links to lolobuy.com using a referral code, that is disclosed on the page: the linked code is 501hk, and following it costs you nothing extra — it only attributes the signup, per Lolobuy's own affiliate program terms (see the Lexicon's affiliate-program entry).
This site's content is written and maintained by its editors, condensed from Lolobuy's own published help centre, notice board and public data endpoints, with each figure dated to when it was read. Corrections are welcome: [email protected].

Editorial process
How a page on this site gets written and corrected

How a page gets written
Each page starts from Lolobuy's own primary sources — the help centre, the notice board, or a public API endpoint — read directly rather than summarised from another third-party site. Where two of Lolobuy's own pages disagree, both figures are kept and the disagreement is named rather than silently resolved in whichever direction looks tidier. Screenshots used as figures are Lolobuy's own interface or help-article images, captured and dated rather than recreated.
What happens when something changes
When a figure this site relies on moves — a fee, a storage period, a payment channel — the correction is made directly in the relevant Lexicon entry or task page rather than only noted on the Updates page. The Updates page is the changelog; the Lexicon and task pages are where the current, corrected answer lives.
