An independent Lolobuy reference
Lolobuy Spreadsheet, explained one term at a time
This site files Lolobuy's rules, fees and steps as short dictionary-style entries instead of one long guide, so you can look up exactly the piece you need — what a status means, what a fee covers, which photo to ask for — without reading past it.
Plain nouns and materials match best; a seller's own title is often shorthand only they understand.

What this site is
Lolobuy Spreadsheet, defined in one paragraph
Lolobuy is a Chinese shopping-agent platform: paste a link or type a search term for something listed on a Chinese marketplace, and its staff place the purchase with the seller, bring the parcel into a Chengdu warehouse, photograph it, and hold it until you choose a shipping line and pay freight. The company behind it, Hong Kong Beyond Technology Limited, launched the platform publicly in the week of 22 May 2026, so by the standards of this category it is still a young operation — its notice board was still running first-week promotions when this site's research pack was captured.
What is Lolobuy Spreadsheet, then, if it isn't Lolobuy itself? It's the name this site and two sister sites use for a browsable product index built on top of that agent relationship: a shared catalogue of listings, organised into sixteen categories you can browse by category or search directly, instead of hunting through a marketplace app in a language you may not read. It is a discovery layer, not Lolobuy's own storefront — every card on this site sends you to that shared catalogue, and every order still happens on lolobuy.com.
What makes this particular site different from the other two Lolobuy reference sites in this small family is the format. Instead of one long walkthrough, the bulk of what you need is filed as a Lexicon — a flat, alphabetical list of terms, each with a short, specific definition and a link to the page that goes deeper.

The signature page
Look up the term that affects your next decision
Use a term when a screen or fee line is unclear. Stored tells you which date to check for warehouse deadlines; declared value leads to the route’s tax and document requirements; ShipCare leads to coverage, exclusions and claim evidence. A definition helps you choose the next question, but does not approve an order or a claim. Three examples from the full Lexicon:
- Lolobuy's optional paid protection, priced at 5–6% of merchandise value plus international shipping. Its listed claim categories include loss, damage, customs and delay; eligibility, evidence and exclusions still determine whether a particular claim is payable.
- The order status a parcel reaches once it has been weighed and shelved in the Chengdu warehouse — the point several of the site's own return-window clocks are pegged to.
- The USD figure used to calculate tax on the shipping lines Lolobuy lists; if you pay in RMB the system converts it at the live exchange rate on the day you pay.

Reading it in order: open the Guide

If you would rather read the whole process in order, the Guide walks the seven stages — sign-up, finding a listing, paying, inspection, parcel submission, freight payment, delivery — with the Lexicon entries linked inline wherever a step introduces a new term. The two line up: the Guide is the order the steps happen in, the Lexicon is the same material filed by word instead of by sequence.
One official tutorial exists for the full ordering flow, and it is embedded on the Guide page rather than cut up across this site — watch it in one piece and treat the written steps as the parts a silent screen recording cannot show, like which menu a setting is buried in.
Money
What 0% purchasing fee includes and leaves out
Lolobuy’s published 0% purchasing fee refers to the buying service. It does not remove the item price, seller delivery, payment processing, optional extras or international freight. Compare an item subtotal with another item subtotal, and a complete parcel quote with another complete quote. What It Costs separates those entries and dates the published figures.
For the freight line specifically, Tools has a line finder loaded with real prices this site read off Lolobuy's own public estimator for eleven destination countries at three sample weights — enough to sanity-check a quote without needing to create an account first.

Why a lexicon
What this format is actually for
It is filed, not written as prose
Most agent sites bury a fact you need inside three paragraphs of introduction. This one tries to put the fact at the top of its own entry so you can scan past the parts you already know.
It says when Lolobuy contradicts itself
Lolobuy's own help centre gives two different free-storage periods and two different QC-photo counts in different articles. Rather than pick a winner, this site names both and tells you which one to trust — whatever your order status page currently shows.
Every figure is dated
Fee percentages, line prices and policy wording move. Anything quoted here carries the date it was read, and you are pointed back to the live page on lolobuy.com before you rely on it for a purchase.
